    Once the machine arrives in the United Kingdom, Synesso UK carries out the final pre‑delivery inspection (PDI) of each unit before it is installed at the customer’s site.

    In addition to the PDI, Synesso UK also handles:

    • Customisation requests

    • Sales enquiries and order processing

    • Spare‑parts fulfilment and technical manuals

    • Repairs, servicing and warranty administration

  • Two‑year warranty on the entire machine.

    Five‑year warranty on selected internal parts and components.
